S. I. Futures is one of the many guises of Si Begg, a British experimentalist who constantly shifts his electronic styles under such names as Bigfoot, Cabbageboy, and Buckfunk 3000. Compiling a wide range of work on such labels as Tresor, Ntone, and Caipirinha, Begg has performed as a DJ at clubs in London, Berlin, Tokyo, and Dublin. The Mission Statement, his first full-length under the name S. I. Futures, was released in September 2001.
