Paul ‘Trouble’ Arnold, Dance music pioneer and creator of the well-respected Certificate 18 imprint, has been rocking venues for more than 10 years with his Chew The Fat! parties. Synonymous with fresh parties, cutting edge music and good, unpretentious fun. Building on the success of Chew The Fat!, Arnold launched Fat! Records in 2001 with Peacemaker’s ‘Crisis'.
