'Southside' is a song recorded by RnB singer Lloyd Polite and released in 2004 as his debut single. The single was moderately successful, peaking at number 24 on the Billboard Hot 100. The single featured his label mate Ashanti. A remix of the song features Ashanti and Scarface. Two music videos were made for 'Southside': one for the regular version and one for the remix featuring Ashanti and Scarface. Irv Gotti appeared in both videos. The theme of the video is based on the movie A Bronx Tale. 'Southside' also reached number one on the hit BET show 106 Park where Lloyd and Ashanti performed the song.
