Like many of Lifehouse's other songs (such as "Everything", which appeared in the show's Pilot), "You and Me" was featured prominently on the television series Smallville. Drummer Rick Woolstenhulme calls the track "the wedding song of the year." The song is also featured in the MTV reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, season two. On Wednesday 20th June 2007, This song was played on So You Think You Can Dance. It was also featured in The 4400 episode Life Interrupted. Track from the album Lifehouse (2005).
