'Go Head' Is the only single from Queen Latifah's greatest hits album She's A Queen: A Collection of Hits. The song was co-produced by RnB singer Tank. A video was shot for the song. Lil Kim appears in the video. It was nominated for a Grammy for Best Female Solo Rap Performance in 2004 but lost to 'Work It' by Missy Elliott. Motorbikes feature heavily in this video again probably in memory of her brother who was killed on a motorbike.
