'Plug In Baby' is a single by the English progressive rock band Muse from their second album, Origin of Symmetry. It was the first single that the band released from this album. The song is widely praised for its intro riff. The music video shows the band playing and many young women start to arrive, but instead of normal legs, their legs are silvery tentacles. Bellamy has been heard giving different reasons and meanings for the video, one of which is: 'The idea came from a conversation we had about genetics and being able to design beings for their own purposes' another is that Muse just wanted to hang about with loads of attractive models all day.
