"Snow (Hey Oh)" is a single , originally released on the band's double album Stadium Arcadium on May 9, 2006. Anthony Kiedis stated in an interview for Stadium Arcadium that the song is "about the repeated failure to start your life anew and how difficult it can be to get rid of old ways of thinking, and destructive ideas we become so attached to."
